Summer Stage Refund Policy

  1. There will be full refunds 30 days prior to the start of Summer Stage.  No refunds will be issued after the deadline date of Monday, June 12, 2017.  A processing fee of $30.00 will be charged for cancellations made up to 30 days (June 12, 2017) before the start of Summer Stage.
  2. Notice of Cancellation must be made via email to ClaytonTheatreCompany@comcast.net or by phone (925) 222-9106
  3. Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not notify CTC that their child will not be attending Summer Stage.
  4. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 10 workings days, subject to this refund policy.
  5. Note that circumstances beyond the control of Clayton Theatre Company may necessitate substitutions, alterations or change of venue.  Therefore, CTC reserves the right to alter or modify as necessary for the best interest of the children and CTC.
  6. Clayton Theatre Company will not issue refunds once the Summer Stage session has commenced.
  7. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing services at our website.  However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place and we will work with parents to the best of our ability.
